Grammy award winning Mark 'Spike' Stent, is without question one of the world's most respected and sought-after mixer / producers.

Having trained at Jacob's Studios as a teenager, Spike gained further experience at Trident before kick-starting his career mixing the ground-breaking, influential records of the KLF.

Spike has since been involved with some of the most successful records of the last decade, including U2's "Pop" and "Kiss Me Kill Me", Madonna's 'Bedtime Stories', 'Music' and 'American Life' and 'Confessions on a dancefloor', Massive Attack's 'Protection', 'Mezzanine' and '100th Window', Gwen Stefani's 'Love, Angel, Music, baby' and 'The Sweet escape'. Bjork's 'Post', 'Homogenic', 'Vespertine', 'Selmasongs' and 'Medula', Linkin Park's 'Reanimation, No Doubts 'Rock Steady' Spice Girls 'Spice' and 'Spiceworld' albums, Keane's 'Hopes and fears' and 'Under the iron sea', as well as the production on Oasis' album 'Standing On The Shoulders of Giants' and Maroon 5's ' It won't be soon before long'.

While he is a regular collaborator of high-calibre artists such as Bjork and Madonna, Spike also makes a point of pushing the boundaries with exciting new talent such as Goldfrapp, The Twang and The Feeling.


He has recently finished mixing the new Stereophonics LP, as well as tracks for Nicole and the new Interscope act 'The Paradiso girls'.

He is currently producing tracks for the forthcoming and highly anticipated new album from No Doubt (with Gwen Stefani).
